Most leaders have learned, unconsciously, to keep that place at a distance — to manage it rather than inhabit it.

Heartland Ceremony: Temple of the Heart is an invitation to cross that threshold. Not as a psychological exercise, but as a genuine act of reverence — toward yourself, toward what you carry, toward the kind of leadership that can only emerge from a person who is actually home inside themselves. Over four days, through ceremony, ritual, and deep relational practice, you will enter what has been kept closed and discover what has been waiting there.

Logistics

Plan to arrive at the property between 12:00 PM and 4:30 PM on Thursday.

Activities will conclude at 11:00 AM on Sunday, so please schedule your return flight for no earlier than 2:00 PM.

The nearest airport is Eppley Airfield (OMA), located about an hour from the ranch.

Transportation to the ranch is NOT included. Rideshare services like Uber and taxis can be unreliable, we recommend renting a car or coordinating rides with fellow guests.

Who can attend the ceremony?

The retreat is open to individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life who are seeking personal growth and spiritual enrichment.​ Access to retreats + ceremony is by invite or referral only.

How should I prepare for the ceremony?

To make the most of your experience, consider reflecting on your personal intentions for attending, familiarizing yourself with any provided materials, and ensuring you have the necessary items as outlined in the retreat's preparation guide you will receive during your on-boarding process.

Is there a specific code of conduct during the ceremony?

Yes, we ask all participants to maintain respect for one another, uphold confidentiality, and fully engage in all scheduled activities to foster a supportive and harmonious environment.

Once booked, can I cancel or reschedule my Ceremonial Ceremony?

All donations are non-refundable.

However, if you cancel with at least 30 days’ notice, you may transfer your payment to a future ceremony date, subject to a $1,500 rescheduling fee. This option is only available once and is dependent on availability.
